Sagar Movietone (1929-1940)

Partnership Concern: Mr. Chimanlal Desai and Mr. Ambalal Patel. Desai becomes sole proprietor in 1936.

Studio Location: Hashmat Mahal, Chowpatty Seaface. Moves later to Nepean Sea Road.

Bombay Talkies (1934-1954)

Joint Stock Concern: Managing agents - Himansurai Indo-International Talkies

Studio Location: Dadishet Road, Malad
